Q3: How do I know what my Travel Dollar balance is?
A: Your Travel Dollar balance will be printed on your monthly M2 Telecom invoice. If you would like more detail regarding transactions, you can check your Travel Dollar statement online. To login simply enter your Customer Number and Password.

Q5: What can I spend my Travel Dollars on?
A: M2 Travel have licensed travel consultants and provide most travel services, the general rule is “as long as we can book it and pay for it, you can use your travel dollars”.

Q6: What if I don’t have enough Travel Dollars to pay for my holiday?
A: No problem. You can pay the outstanding balance by credit card or direct bank transfer (some fees apply). For example, if you have $760 Travel Dollars and you want to take the family on a holiday to the Gold Coast for a total cost of $995, we will use your Travel Dollars first, and then you can provide credit card details to charge the balance of $235. Q7: Do I have to use all my Travel Dollars in one transaction?
A: No. You can chip away at your Travel Dollar balance as slowly as you like or as often as you like. For example, you may need to attend a wedding in a nearby town and would like to stay at a hotel and not have to worry about driving home. If your Travel Dollar balance is $500, and we book you a hotel room for $160, you would have a residual balance of $340 to use at a later date (by which time your Travel Dollar balance will have increased). Q8: How long will my Travel Dollars be available to use?
A: Your Travel Dollars will not expire as long as you remain a current M2 Phone and Fly customer. If your account is ever cancelled you will cease being able to access your Travel Dollar account. Q9: What is the booking process?
A: M2 Travel Consultants will liaise with you, over the phone (or by email if you prefer something in writing you can show your travelling companions) and once your travel needs are clarified, we will book and pay for your travel.
Whether your travel costs are wholly covered by Travel Dollars or you have funded some yourself by credit card, we will send confirmation that charges have been made. We will provide electronic ticketing or vouchers by email, or send hardcopies by mail if required. (Click to return to questions)

A: All travel suppliers have different amendment and cancellation policies, so this depends on the travel supplier your holiday is booked with.
