Things you need to know:

1. An M2 NZ fixed line service is a prerequisite for the delivery of a M2 Biz Broadband plan.
2. Maximum speeds for this service is determined by the speed your connection allows.
3. The Biz Broadband plan is not available in all areas.
4. If your monthly included data allowance is exceeded by one byte, a 5GB data block is automatically added to your service. There are no limits to the number of 5GB data blocks added to your service per month. Each additional data block will incur a charge.
5. Any usage allowance remaining at your billing anniversary date will be lost and not carried over to the next billing period.
6. On joining your monthly recurring charge and monthly included data allowance will be pro rated up to your first billing period. Pro rated amounts also apply on leaving.
7. If the contract is terminated within the 24 month term an Early Termination Fee (ETF) of $90.00 will apply. Please contact customer service on 0800 628 255 for more details.
8. No email addresses or free web space is provided with the Biz Broadband internet service.
